Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Director to join their Venture & Financial Alliances team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and ensure successful service delivery
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, contract negotiation, and account performance monitoring

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Proven experience in account management, sales, or client services within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and regulatory requirements
• Experience in the life sciences VC and/or private equity sectors is beneficial
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
