La Direction des Ventes Pullman Paris gère la commercialisation, le marketing B2B, la Distribution et le Revenue Management de 5 hôtels en Île de France :

  • Pullman Paris Montparnasse ****
  • Pullman Paris La Défense *****
  • Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel ****
  • Pullman Paris Centre Bercy ****
  • Pullman Paris Roissy CDG Airport ****

 

Description du poste

Vous êtes le contact privilégié des sociétés et agences pour le traitement de toutes les demandes de réunions, conventions ou incentives pour le Cluster des hôtels Pullman Paris.

Vous serez basé (e) dans nos bureaux de La Défense.

Nous vous proposons le challenge suivant…

* Analyser la faisabilité de la demande

* Effectuer la prise de contact et la découverte du Client

* Etablir les devis Client

* Suivre les dossiers : relances client, proposition de visites de repérage

* Transmettre les dossiers confirmés à l’Event Manager

* Intervenir auprès des Key Account Manager (KAM) au siège ACCOR pour le suivi des dossiers

* Être force de proposition et responsable de la vente des offres commerciales en lien avec les priorités de vente définies et en adéquation avec les besoins du Client ;

* Être garant du bon suivi des dossiers de la prise de la demande à la signature du contrat tout en veillant au respect de la promesse de l’offre Pullman.

* Commercialiser l'hôtel et intégrer les spécificités de ce dernier

 

Vous êtes la personne qu’il nous faut si vous…

  • Disposez d’excellentes aptitudes en communication (français et anglais), à l’écrit comme à l’oral
  • Êtes tenace et proactif
  • Aimez travailler en équipe
  • Maitrisez les logiciels Delphi, Opéra et Pack Office
  • Avez de l’expérience sur une fonction similaire acquise dans un environnement hôtelier international
  • Avez une connaissance de l’environnement hôtelier et/ou tourisme d’affaires

 

 

Qualifications

Niveau d’études : Bac+2

Domaine d’études : Commerce, Vente

Expérience professionnelle : 2 ans

Langues : anglais indispensable
