Senior Venture Development Manager (m/f/x)

In Germany, we are the largest provider of online lotteries through our brands, LOTTO24 and Tipp24. In Spain we work with the second largest national lottery, ONCE. As our Senior Venture Development Manager, you will identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the lottery and related sectors, supporting the development and scaling of innovative ventures from concept to execution. This position plays a crucial role in managing the venture lifecycle at ZEAL, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Your tasks:

  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify potential opportunities.

  • Create financial models to project venture costs, revenues, profitability, and return on investment (ROI).

  • Develop presentations for new venture pitches to stakeholders.

  • Manage cross-functional project teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.

  • Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts for new ventures.

  • Establish operational frameworks and innovation processes for venture development.

  • Provide regular progress and performance reports to stakeholders.

  • Facilitate workshops to enhance collaboration among diverse stakeholders within Zeal.

  • Engage with potential partners and negotiate agreements to support venture goals.

  • Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors, focused on developing impactful ventures.

  • You are fluent in English and German
