Partner Growth Specialist - Dutch

Bij Too Good To Go hebben we een ambitieuze missie: iedereen inspireren en in staat stellen om samen voedselverspilling tegen te gaan.
Meer dan 1/3 van al het geproduceerde voedsel in de wereld wordt verspild. En dat heeft een enorme impact op de gezondheid van onze planeet. 10% van de wereldwijde uitstoot van broeikasgassen komt door voedselverspilling en -verlies.
Via onze marktplaats-app verbinden we bedrijven die onverkocht, overtollig voedsel hebben met consumenten die het kunnen kopen en ervan kunnen genieten tegen 1/3 van de winkelwaarde. We zijn een gecertificeerde B Corporation met de missie om iedereen te stimuleren actie te ondernemen tegen voedselverspilling. Naast onze marktplaats-app ontwikkelen we educatieve tools, verkennen we nieuwe zakelijke oplossingen en beïnvloeden we wetgeving om voedselverspilling te helpen verminderen.
We groeien snel: Onze gemeenschap van 103 miljoen geregistreerde gebruikers en 237.000 actieve partners in 19 landen hebben samen al 373 miljoen maaltijden van verspilling gered!
We zijn op zoek naar een uitzonderlijke Partner Growth Specialist om het team van Too Good To Go in Gent, en binnenkort verhuizende naar Brussel, te versterken.

Jouw missie
We zoeken een gedreven en optimistische Partner Growth Specialist met een passie voor het aanpakken van voedselverspilling. Iemand die energie krijgt van het telefonisch contact met partners. Jij bent het voornaamste aanspreekpunt voor onze partners en richt je op retentie, upselling en het beantwoorden van hun vragen.

Jouw rol
Als Partner Growth Specialist sluit je je aan bij ons team en heb je dagelijks nauw contact met je portfolio van ongeveer 1000 onafhankelijke partners.
Door de winkels te ondersteunen, zorg je ervoor dat ze een geweldige ervaring hebben met Too Good To Go en echte ambassadeurs worden van de voedselverspillingsrevolutie.
Je communiceert empathisch met onze partnerwinkels via de telefoon, begrijpt hun behoeften en begeleidt hen naar een samenwerking die zowel de winkels als Too Good To Go ten goede komt.
Dankzij jouw acties kunnen de partners Too Good To Go opnemen in hun dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering en al hun overtollige voedsel op de app aanbieden.

Je vindt creatieve manieren om onze boodschap over te brengen naar onze partners. De meest voorkomende manieren zijn telefoongesprekken en e-mailcampagnes.
Je ontwikkelt diepgaande kennis van hoe Too Good To Go werkt, werkt nauw samen met ons Independent Sales Team en onderhoudt een transnationaal uitwisselingsplatform met je collega's om best practices te delen.

Vereisten

  • Je geniet ervan om oplossingen te bieden via de telefoon en beschikt over uitstekende interpersoonlijke en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Idealiter heb je ervaring in een klantgerichte rol, zoals Sales of B2B Klantenservice.
  • Je floreert in een omgeving met KPI’s en targets en werkt graag naar doelen toe.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal en spreekt vloeiend Engels. Frans spreken is ook een voordeel.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en bent goed in administratieve opvolgingen.
  • Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in kleine teams.
  • Je hebt een positieve en proactieve mindset, klaar om je aan te passen aan de behoeften van een snelgroeiende organisatie.
