Position Summary:
The VP of FP&A will be responsible for leading all aspects of Xpansiv’s financial strategy planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting. You will oversee the teams responsible for driving partnership across Sales and Marketing, Research and Development, and G&A functions to align our investments with desired outcomes. In this role, you’ll be both a strategic leader and an operational coach, empowering your team to take ownership of the FP&A function while providing guidance and mentorship. You’ll lead by example, rolling up your sleeves when necessary and actively fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. The right candidate will have proven experience navigating ambiguity at a complex, matrixed organization and possess deep curiosity with a growth mindset.

Base Salary
Compensation for this role will vary among specific regions due to geographic differentials in the labor market, actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, knowledge, education and training. However, compensation in NY is expected to be as follows:
$200,000 -$215,000
