Fractional CFO Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fractional CFO Consultant (Part-time).

Key Responsibilities

• Guide CEOs and Founders on strategy and business planning
• Develop financial models and create KPI dashboards
• Lead and negotiate equity and debt financing rounds

Required Qualifications

• 20+ years of CFO, private equity, or venture capital experience in tech and consumer products
• Experience supporting venture-backed startups with fundraising
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree required
