Job Summary

A company is looking for a Funding Specialist I who will review loan documents for accuracy and compliance while training dealers on proper documentation procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter financing documents into the organization's operating system for processing
• Review financing documents for accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
• Assist dealers with document issues and provide training on funding processes via phone and email

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed or in progress
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer)
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to effectively communicate before groups of customers or employees
