Workday Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Payroll Specialist with payroll processing experience utilizing Workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, research, and reconcile weekly timecards for up to 1400 colleagues using Workday
• Collaborate with management across multiple locations to ensure compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements and relevant laws
• Process wage garnishments, verifications of employment, and address unforeseen payroll issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Payroll processing experience utilizing Workday is required
• Union payroll exposure is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Excel, including V-lookup and pivot tables
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound business decisions
