PR and Influencer Coordinator - Baddest Brand

We’re looking for a promising PR and Influencer Coordinator to support our growing sub brand Baddest with various administrative and influencer tasks. Though this will be an entry level role, your work will be instrumental in the development and execution of PR and influencer marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will be creative, obsessed with keeping up with the ever changing world of influencers & social media but most importantly well organised, confident and have a can-do attitude! This role would suit someone that has had some exposure with the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with managing Influencer relationships & executing collaboration contracts
  
• Identify and build strong relationships with key influencers in line with the brand across all social platforms
• Constantly source new talent that aligns with the brand

• Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer marketing campaigns
• Assist in brand awareness activities

• Develop, monitor and track engagement & conversions through influencer contracts

• Prepare reporting for Directors & feedback on collaborations

• Department admin, processing and tracking.Actioning PR orders through our warehouse inventory system

• Communicating with the PR dispatch team to ensure PR orders are actioned as per deadlines

• Previous experience with working alongside or with influencers
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and current rates

• Strong negotiation skills

• Social Media savvy and can identify trends across all platforms TikTok, Instagram and more

• Have a passion for beauty & tanning

• Have the flexibility to undertake a variety of tasks, with disciplined time management skills, and an ability to meet tight deadlines

• Proactive and highly organised

• Eye for detail and current trends
