Brand Marketing Coordinator

[solidcore] is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in brand marketing with a strong background in project management, marketing coordination, and clear, efficient communication. This fast-paced role requires quick turnarounds, the ability to manage multiple demands at once, and a client-first mentality. The Brand Marketing Coordinator will be a key player in ensuring smooth execution of brand campaigns, marketing initiatives, and internal collaboration.Our fast-growing brand marketing team understands our clients, drives innovation, and delivers impact by enabling our clients to become the strongest version of themselves.


Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the marketing team and studio teams for national campaigns, tentpole moments, and challenges.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze data and ensure seamless distribution of prizes to clients following national challenges.
  • Serve as the lead marketing contact for field inquiries, addressing them with urgency.
  • Ensure the smooth delivery of marketing materials to all studio teams and external partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to establish best practices for communicating through proper internal channels.
  • Manage third-party vendor relationships, including printing vendors, merchandise partners, and other brand partners.
  • Work closely with external agencies and studio teams to ensure a seamless experience for influencer and media partners.
  • Coordinate and manage MBO software for marketing-related needs.
  • Oversee the workflow of project details as necessary.
  • Brief, manage, and recap internal projects as needed.

  • Problem-Solving & Solutions-Oriented: Proactively addresses challenges with a positive attitude, finding innovative solutions to obstacles.
  • Effective Communication: Communicates complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, with an emphasis on clarity and impact.
  • Resilience Under Pressure: Performs well under pressure, adept at balancing competing demands and priorities while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and quick to adjust to changing circumstances, ensuring continuous progress in dynamic environments.


Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a related role, demonstrating increasing responsibility and impact.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Canva
  • Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in formulas and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) for efficient collaboration and document management.
  • Experience in creating templates and decks, with a strong understanding of presentation design.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing coordination projects, with concrete examples of outcomes.
  • Ability to work with urgency and manage fast-paced environments effectively.
  • Creative eye and customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure flawless execution.
  • Passion for the fitness industry and a strong desire to learn and grow within the field.
