We are actively seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist to manage paid social campaigns and grow our social profiles organically. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for running paid social campaigns, creating all social content, and maintaining multiple social media profiles.

Here are some examples of the actual work your day would include:- Develop and implement comprehensive paid social strategies focused on lead generation and conversions. This includes: campaign research, building, scaling, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns; track ad spend and adjust budgets based on performance; A/B testing creative, copy, and audiences
- Analyze data and report on marketing KPIs: leads, conversion rates, etc.
- Plan, create, edit, and share content on all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) through a self-maintained content calendar
- Define content strategy, goals, and objectives
- Increase brand presence across social media profiles while measuring organic performance
- Manage and respond to customer interactions on social media accounts including comments, inquiries, and messages in a timely manner
- Manage online reputation by responding to reviews and implementing new tactics to increase reviews
- Build and maintain analytic spreadsheets and reports to be presented to leadership
- Monitor social media channels for competitor trends
To be successful in this role, you need to have a certain amount of knowledge, skills and experience:- Passion for all social media marketing and proficiency with major social media platforms and management tools
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years social media experience with hands-on experience creating, posting, monitoring, and reporting for multiple social media platforms
- Write compelling copy that resonates with target audiences while adhering to brand guidelines
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent attention to detail, especially when managing budgets and monitoring performance metrics
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal skills: must have the ability to develop good relationships
- Ability to identify issues and develop creative solutions to problems
- Able to organize and manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency and consistently meet deadlines
- Strong written communications skills
