THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Business Development Representative to our Client Sales Development team in Madrid!

Are you a motivated and socially skilled individual ready to launch your career in a hyper-growth environment? We are Wellhub, a global leader in corporate well-being solutions, and are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic and international team in Madrid, focusing on expanding our Spanish market reach.

As a BDR, you will play a vital role in connecting with prospects, identifying their challenges, and introducing them to Wellhub’s transformational solutions. You'll leverage your strong communication skills to build relationships while mastering technical skills through our robust training and coaching programs.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Systematically develop creative and innovative ways to connect with potential clients in the HR field that show interest via our website or reply to our growth marketing efforts.
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, adaptable, optimistic and welcoming to working in an international team.
  • Identify and qualify high-quality leads through different channels (calls, emails, social media, etc.).
  • Maintain a high volume of activity including video meetings, phone calls, e-mails and social selling.
  • Contact potential clients and explain our wellbeing platform solution in a clear and convincing waY.
  • Work closely with a group of Account Managers to create value-driven conversations with potential clients and consult our prospects on their wellbeing strategy.
  • Keep the potential customer database updated and organized.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.

  • Fluency and confidence in Spanish, English, and ideally, Catalan. German, Portuguese or Italian is a plus.

FLEXIBLE WORK:  At Wellhub, flexibility fosters a happier, healthier, and more productive work environment for everyone. As a Flexible First company, we offer two work model options: flexible hybrid and full remote, and make the office a place for collaboration, community, and team building. The model for this role can be discussed with your recruiter and hiring manager. We offer all employees a home office stipend and a monthly flexible work allowance to help cover the costs of working from home.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE: We understand that together, Wellhubbers and their leaders can make the best decisions for their own individual scopes. This includes flexibility to adjust their working hours based on their personal schedule, time zone, and business needs.

PAID TIME OFF: We know how important it is to take time away from work to recharge. Employees receive a minimum of 25 days paid holiday per year with an additional day for each year of tenure (up to 5) in addition to annual holidays (including an extra holiday on your birthday!).

PARENTAL LEAVE: Welcoming a new child is one of the most special moments in your life and we want our employees to take the time to be present and enjoy their growing family. We offer 100% paid parental leave to all new parents and extended maternity leave.
