THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Partner Sales Representative to our Partner Sales team in Houston!

We are looking to grow our Partner Sales team here in the U.S. market. The Partner Sales Representative position involves contacting prospective partners through various forms of communication including calls, emails, and social outreach. You will work with these business owners to discuss and deliver the value of joining the Wellhub network. This role is a full cycle sales role, meaning you will work the prospect from the initial reach out to launch on the Wellhub platform.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Research, identify and tenaciously target new opportunities via various forms and channels of communication.
  • Prospect from initial contact to partnership agreement and network launch.
  • Develop creative and innovative ways to connect with potential fitness partners.
  • Maintain a high volume of activity including cold calls, emails, and social media through various outreach tools.
  • Provide consistent follow up through different stages of the sales cycle using provided tech tools.
  • Be accountable for consistently reaching and exceeding your daily KPI metrics as well as monthly sales quota.
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 2+ years experience in outbound sales role where you owned the sales process from initial outreach to close.
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic conversationalist with strong phone presence and perseverance to make 100+ cold calls a day as well as multiple other communication touchpoints.
  • Ability to work a high volume of leads in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience managing expectations and overcoming objections with leads and stakeholders.
  • Positive attitude that thrives in a team setting while also owning your accountability for individual motivation.
  • Ability to speak to and demonstrate an organized workflow and funnel management experience.
  • Knowledge of SaaS sales or Wellness Management Software is desirable.

The annual base salary range for this role is $22.07 - $27.59. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.
