We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to support our marketing efforts in the Greater China Region (GCR). This role will play a critical part in generating high-quality leads, managing digital and field marketing initiatives, and strengthening our brand presence through strategic campaigns and content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation
    • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to provide high-quality leads for the sales team.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to optimize campaigns for conversion.
  • Digital Marketing
    • Manage agency relationships to ensure effective placement of Google and Meta ads.
    • Ensure accurate data tracking and channel attribution for all digital campaigns.
  • SEO Strategy
    • Work closely with the SEO agency to rank hero keywords at the top of search results.
    • Create high-value content that drives organic growth and aligns with brand objectives.
  • Field Marketing
    • Plan and execute events with partners, focusing on driving engagement and building strong connections in the region.
    • Coordinate logistics and manage resources for impactful event execution.
  • Content Production
    • Develop customer case studies to showcase successful implementations and strengthen credibility.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for content.
  • Branding
    • Assist in enhancing brand presence and awareness through targeted campaigns and regional branding initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, ideally with exposure to digital and field marketing in the Greater China Region.
  • Proficiency in managing digital campaigns and working with SEO and event management agencies.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and tracking tools for channel attribution.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is required.
