Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on performance media, SEO, CRM, and social
• Experience in franchise, fitness, health & wellness, or high-growth consumer brands preferred
• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, CRM, and SEO best practices
• Experience leading agencies and managing vendor relationships
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
