Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to support B2B2C initiatives and customer strategy operations within a dynamic animal health marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of B2B2C marketing campaigns, ensuring compliance and data accuracy
• Manage day-to-day communications with vendors and agency partners
• Support the marketing material review and clearance process

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations, program coordination, or administrative support
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated and adaptable, comfortable working in a remote environment
• Experience in the animal health or medical education field is a plus but not required
