A company is looking for an Influencer and Affiliate Marketing Manager to join their Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand values and objectives
• Identify and build relationships with key influencers to expand brand reach
• Manage and optimize the affiliate marketing program, including recruiting new affiliates and tracking performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing commission-based influencer programs in a DTC or e-commerce environment
• Experience using tools like ShopMy and Impact for campaign management and performance tracking
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines and campaigns simultaneously
• Comfortable interpreting performance metrics to inform campaign direction
• Passionate about mission-driven brands and authentic storytelling
