Job Summary

A company is looking for a Warranty Submission Specialist to manage warranty labor and parts rate increase requests for automotive manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer pay repair orders in accordance with manufacturer and state law requirements
• Calculate average labor rates and parts markups based on qualifying repair orders
• Prepare and submit complete filing packages to the manufacturer, ensuring compliance with guidelines and deadlines

Qualifications & Skills Needed

• 1-2 years of experience in a dealership service department (e.g., warranty administration, service advisor)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and document preparation
• Ability to interpret and follow manufacturer policies and guidelines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
