Underwriter Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriter CL- Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up accounts in Ezlynx and process FNOS and FNOS Renewal tasks
• Assist with indexing emails and ensure timely follow-up on incoming requests
• Review policies for active or cancelled status and manage related inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Experience in insurance processing and customer service
• Ability to take ownership and follow up on outstanding items
• Participation in a training program lasting 2 - 3 weeks
• Demonstrated accountability and ethical behavior in professional settings
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective relationship building
