Job Description

This position will be responsible for coordinating and developing Marketing initiatives  and Supporting Materials to support the evolution of the Marketing Services offering to our Clients by developing scalable solutions, selling materials, capabilities, and processes associated to Marketing Services. This role will work with the different LAC markets and multifunctional teams to support the implementation of the Visa Marketing Service Model.


Essential Functions

  • Provide support and guidance to the LAC marketing teams with the Sell In tools, strategies, benchmarks, use cases, platforms, trainings, and other marketing services to grow Visa’s business in the Region.
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to advance key initiatives, serving as a global hub to facilitate communications across teams, share best practices, and advance key global initiatives.
  • Create exposure opportunities to showcase LAC MS work to other areas at Visa
  • Catalyze timely and ongoing Learning and development opportunity to nurture  the best MS Community at Visa, an inclusive, engaged one Marketeers feel proud to be a part of 
  • Support the markets in the execution of the Visa Marketing Services Model, including existing and new clients and/or contracts/RFPS. 
  • Integrate Visa Sponsorships (i.e. FIFA World Cup, Olympics and NFL) & Partnerships assets among LAC Clients and Consumers to drive scale.
  • Ensure compliance and process correctness of marketing department adhere to Visa key controls and brand standards.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)


Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field
  • Ability to structure and manage complex projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels
  • Strong persuasion and sales skills
  • Track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that delivered measurable business results.
  • Ability to present with impact in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus
  • Strong PMO Project Management Experience
  • Ability to structure and manage complex projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels
  • Marketing planning and execution experience
  • Experience working in financial industry and/or multinational companies

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 89,900.00 to 127,150.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
