Virginia Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance & Training Manager to support its Enrollment Broker Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate staff performance based on established goals and standards
• Manage the Quality Assurance department's day-to-day functions and oversee the development of policies and procedures
• Provide leadership and updates on quality, operations, training, and policy issues to project leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of related professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Virginia residency is required
• Experience supporting the Virginia Enrollment Broker Services team is preferred
• Strong operations and client management skills are required
• Healthcare, Managed Care, Medicaid, CHIP, or Government experience is preferred
