Technology Quality Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Quality Director (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement strategies for service management and operational best practices
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensuring continuous improvement of IT network infrastructure and support services
• Lead the Quality Assurance team and develop quality policies, procedures, and training programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 8 years of related professional experience, with 3 years in a management role
• Professional certification in quality management or related fields is preferred
• Experience with healthcare payor systems and relevant standards (e.g., ISO 27001, HIPAA) is a plus
• Master's degree is preferred
