Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Analyst 4 to join their Product Development team, focusing on Workers Compensation Medical Bill Review and Utilization Review platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive testing strategies for Workers Compensation medical bill review workflows and regulatory compliance
• Design and execute advanced test scenarios for utilization review processes and API integration testing
• Mentor junior QA team members and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex problems

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years of software quality assurance experience in healthcare or medical billing systems
• Expert-level experience in testing REST/SOAP APIs and EDI standards
• Strong understanding of medical billing processes and Workers Compensation medical management
• Proven experience in leading system-to-system integration testing and compliance validation
• Experience mentoring junior QA professionals and serving as an informal team leader
