Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the end-to-end monetization strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities
• Develop scalable packaging frameworks and optimize monetization models to support upsell and retention
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of pricing strategies with margin goals and market execution

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in pricing, packaging, or monetization strategy, particularly in SaaS or recurring revenue models
• Proven ability to drive successful monetization strategies with measurable impact
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and pricing models
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies in collaboration with product marketing and revenue teams
