• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales or CS Operations, or a related GTM operations role
• Proven experience in designing and documenting scalable revenue processes and workflows
• Strong ability to create detailed business requirements and collaborate effectively with technical teams
• Proficient with Salesforce and related GTM tools (e.g., Outreach, LeanData, Openprise)
• Exceptional documentation skills
