Key Responsibilities

• Own the customer acquisition engine and drive strategy across various channels
• Build and lead a high-performing team while setting acquisition goals and budgets
• Implement performance creative strategies and optimize funnels for better conversion rates

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in growth, performance marketing, or acquisition roles at DTC or consumer brands
• Proven experience managing $3-5M+/mo paid media budgets across major platforms
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling new acquisition channels
• Experience building and managing high-volume creative pipelines
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of attribution and measurement strategies
