Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive top-of-the-funnel growth and support sales enablement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns to fill the top and middle of the funnel
• Build and iterate on the growth playbook, including HubSpot workflows and lead scoring rules
• Guide content strategy and collaborate with Sales on campaign calendars and feedback loops

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience driving demand for a B2B SaaS product
• Proficient in HubSpot or a similar MAP/CRM and comfortable with Google Analytics
• Experience in writing audience-first copy and publishing in a CMS
• Ability to think scientifically and conduct experiments with data analysis
• Experience collaborating with Sales and understanding customer objections
