Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Architect to the CEO (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the CEO to scope, test, and execute high-priority growth opportunities
• Lead cross-functional efforts to explore and validate new business ideas and revenue streams
• Prepare internal strategy documents and operational plans while coordinating project inputs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in high-growth environments, startup operations, or consulting
• Experience in mobile apps, consumer tech, fintech, or ad/martech
• Strong business and product sense with the ability to act decisively
• Proven ability to influence and motivate teams without direct authority
• High ownership and bias toward action, able to adapt to changing priorities
