Vice President of Cancer Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Cancer National Service Line for the Illinois Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of new programs and services across the service line
• Ensure alignment of performance metrics with organizational strategy and oversee fiscal reviews
• Develop and implement operational goals and objectives in support of the hospital's strategic plan

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration preferred
• Typically requires 10 years of experience in healthcare administration or strategic planning
• At least 5 years of management experience in physician practices or healthcare administration
• Experience in developing and executing multiyear business plans
