Oncology Clinical Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oncology Clinical Operations Specialist in Colombia (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of oncology patients to determine trial eligibility
• Manage patient follow-up using the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS)
• Generate and present detailed reports on patient-trial matching outcomes

Required Qualifications

• A medical degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in patient care and clinical research
• Strong knowledge of oncology and clinical trial protocols
• Familiarity with healthcare data types including claims, EMR, and NGS testing
• Proficiency in digital tools and basic computer applications
• Native or C2-level proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and comprehension)
