Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the processing team meets monthly production goals and maintains corporate service level standards
• Provide feedback and coaching to direct reports, conduct performance reviews, and manage staffing needs
• Participate in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5 or more years of experience in mortgage processing management
• Strong working knowledge of mortgage banking industry methods and practices
• Ability to motivate and influence others while working with diverse teams
• Experience in coaching and developing staff for new responsibilities
