At Vibrant ABA, we are committed to providing this tailored Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy throughout all five boroughs of New York. Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of children on the spectrum? At Vibrant ABA, we are passionate about providing personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to underprivileged children across New York's five boroughs. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll play a vital role in delivering 1:1 in-home services to assist children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We pride ourselves on offering extensive training and support to help you grow in your career, from becoming a certified RBT to potentially attaining your Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials. We're looking for compassionate individuals who enjoy working with children and want to learn and develop in the field of behavioral therapy. Our team is dedicated to creating positive partnerships with both our clients and their families, ensuring that everyone feels supported and understood throughout the therapeutic process. With flexible afternoon, evening, and weekend hours, we offer competitive compensation ranging from $19.50 to $25 per hour, along with travel reimbursement options to make your commute easier. If you have a high school diploma or GED, 1-2 years of experience in ABA, and a desire to learn – especially through our 40-hour certification course – we invite you to join us and pursue a fulfilling career in behavioral health. Together, let's open doors of opportunity for children and enhance their developmental resources in a nurturing environment.
