Veterinary Technician License Required

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Veterinary Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

• Request and communicate with veterinarians for clarification of diagnosis or additional information necessary to accurately process claims
• Adjudicate claims for allocation of deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance maximums, and provider reimbursements
• Document phone calls in the system and follow up on issues as needed

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of veterinary medical experience or equivalent preferred
• Strong understanding of veterinary medical terminology
• Proven history of adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Proven attendance reliability
