Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Outreach Coordinator to work remotely for a global insurance client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and schedule provider offices using various retrieval methods
• Coordinate with field retrieval technicians to ensure timely completion of medical record appointments
• Document call interactions and maintain high productivity to meet project deadlines

Required Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in a high-volume call center, pharmacy, or healthcare setting
• Ability to efficiently utilize multiple computer screens and systems simultaneously
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
