Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to facilitate the adoption of their fleet management software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with customers to assess their goals and ensure proper account setup and implementation support
  • Track onboarding tasks against a schedule and coordinate with internal staff to meet milestones
  • Measure and track customer onboarding outcomes while sharing customer feedback with various teams
Required Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role in a SaaS environment
  • Experience with project management tools (Gainsight), CRM systems (Salesforce), and online project management tools (Asana)
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort with manipulating large amounts of data
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Empathetic approach to customer service and a passion for organization and process improvement
