The Director of Integrated Marketing will lead the creation and execution of cohesive marketing strategies designed to accelerate Vestmark’s growth. This role requires strategic vision and tactical execution across campaign development, enterprise marketing initiatives, precise messaging and positioning, and targeted account-based marketing programs. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in financial services or WealthTech/FinTech marketing and have a proven record of delivering results across digital, content and events in complex B2B environments.
As player-coach, you will lead a high-performing team while executing key initiatives yourself – developing high-impact campaigns, optimizing performance, and refining strategies to maximize engagement across enterprise segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Vestmark’s business objectives and brand vision.
- Campaign Development and Execution: Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting enterprise-level clients, driving brand awareness, demand generation, and sales pipeline growth.
- Enterprise Marketing: Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and client success teams to create tailored marketing programs that address the sophisticated needs and challenges of our targeted financial institutions.
- Messaging and Positioning: Define and articulate compelling value propositions, ensuring consistency across marketing collateral, digital presence, and sales enablement resources.
- Leadership and Team Management: Provide guidance, mentorship, and oversight to a high-performing marketing team, fostering a data-driven and results-oriented culture.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends, competitive insights, and customer data to inform marketing strategies and tactics, ensuring Vestmark remains positioned competitively in the marketplace.
- Measurement and Analytics: Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, particularly within extended B2B sales cycles, applying advanced attribution methodologies to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Budget Oversight: Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource utilization and return on investment.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years professional marketing experience, including at least 5 years within financial services or WealthTech/FinTech.
- Demonstrated experience successfully executing integrated marketing campaigns, particularly targeting enterprise clients.
- Deep expertise in financial services or WealthTech/FinTech marketing and B2B marketing strategies.
- Strong capabilities in crafting persuasive messaging, value propositions, and positioning statements.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
