Our product helps companies manage mission-critical functions like accounts receivable (AR), payments, cash applications, cash flow, and much more. In this role, you'll be part of a growing team within the Payment & Product Operations department, playing a vital role in delivering fast resolutions for merchants and ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers, partners, and their end-users. Your efforts will directly impact the smooth operation of key financial processes, making you an essential part of our success.
In this role, youâll serve as the primary point of contact for customers within the Customer Care group, handling issues related to security risk and financial reviews. This includes managing tasks such as annual financial reviews, funding holds, ACH rejects, TIN mismatches, and authorization testing incidents. Youâll play a key role in supporting customer retention, assisting partners, and taking on other assigned duties. By building strong, empathetic connections with our customers, youâll demonstrate our commitment to their success, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their experience with Versapay.
To succeed in this role, youâll need at least 3 years of experience in merchant services or credit card processing. A strong understanding of AR processes, accounting, SQL, payment processing, ERP systems (NetSuite, Microsoft, Sage Intacct), billing, AR/AP, backend processor systems, Salesforce, and gateways is essential. Experience in financial services, payments, or the retail/merchant industry is a must, as it will provide you with the knowledge necessary to address complex customer needs and ensure smooth operations.
