Job Summary

A company is looking for an APD/PD Manager- Personal Lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and administrative oversight to claims professionals to ensure high-quality claim results
  • Lead, coach, train, and develop a team of 4 to 6 claims adjusters
  • Manage claim metric dashboards to monitor and manage adjuster performance
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of related experience in leadership
  • Individual Independent State Adjuster licenses required based on states of operation
  • Expert knowledge in First and Third Party Personal auto claims handling
  • Ability to work in a high production environment utilizing various technology solutions
  • Comfortable leading teams managing high frequency/low to moderate severity claims
