Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Global Logistics and Fulfillment to lead logistics strategy and operations for its growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global logistics strategy to support business growth and geographic expansion
• Design scalable logistics systems that balance cost efficiency, delivery speed, and customer experience
• Build and lead a high-performing logistics team focused on talent development and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Deep knowledge of global and domestic transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes
• Proven experience working with 3PLs and managing large logistics budgets
• Proficiency with logistics systems (e.g., TMS, WMS, ERP) and data analytics tools
• Expertise in international logistics customs compliance
