Utilization Review Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Utilization Review.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor productivity and ensure timely completion of day-to-day tasks
• Manage personnel and communicate with key stakeholders to drive progress toward system goals
• Develop dashboards and reports to implement system-wide improvements in utilization review strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Five or more years of experience in a healthcare setting, with at least one year in project management or clinical operations
• Minimum of one year of leadership experience in multidisciplinary change management initiatives
• Knowledge of healthcare billing and reimbursement regulations preferred
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills applicable to diverse teams
