Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Operations and Incentives Manager to support their partnerships team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational processes and tooling for the Partner Account Management team
• Manage implementation and tracking of partner incentives and rewards programs
• Deliver timely, accurate reporting on partner health and ecosystem trends

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Partner Operations, or Sales Strategy at a SaaS or GTM-focused organization
• Highly proficient in Salesforce, CRM workflows, reporting tools, and Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience with tools like Crossbeam, PartnerStack, or other PRM platforms
• Familiarity with partner programs and incentive models
• Experience with digital agencies or consultancies
