Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facility Coordinator to provide overall facility management services remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Facility Management Team with tactical planning and manage work order flow for assigned facilities
  • Coordinate scheduling of preventive and reactive maintenance with on-site teams and vendors
  • Act as the first point of contact for emergency requests and ensure excellent coordination of services
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Facility or Property Administration
  • GED or High School diploma
  • Proficiency in Excel Spreadsheets and capability of customizing administrative reports
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to multitask and manage work under time constraints
