B2B Retail Sales Coordinator

Unlockt Brands operates multiple eCommerce brands imported directly from Korea, including Round Lab, Kanuda, H201 Shift, and our own nail brand, Heyhae. We’re passionate about bringing high-quality Korean consumer products to the U.S. market with creativity, speed, and a deep understanding of both Eastern and Western cultural dynamics.

We are seeking a B2B Retail Sales Coordinator to lead and manage retail sales partnerships across key U.S. channels such as Target, Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Costco, Ulta, Sephora, and TJX Group. This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a deep understanding of retail distribution, a strong commercial acumen, and an interest in Korean consumer goods. You will be a central player in shaping Unlockt’s retail strategy and work directly with the CEO to execute our retail channel expansion.

Brand Scouting & Partnership Development:

  • Proactively scout and assess Korean consumer brands with potential for success in the U.S. retail market.
  • Initiate and lead conversations with Korean brands, introducing Unlockt Brands as a premier U.S. distribution partner.
  • Coordinate product evaluations, meetings, and follow-ups with prospective brand partners.
  • Work closely with the CEO to finalize partnership terms, contracts, and onboarding timelines.

Retail Channel Sales & Management:

  • Develop and execute retail sales strategy for onboarding and expanding Unlockt’s brand portfolio across major retailers (Target, Costco, Ulta, Sephora, etc.).
  • Build compelling pitch decks and retail presentations tailored to each channel.
  • Lead retail meetings and negotiations, ensuring alignment with both brand and retailer needs.
  • Track and manage SKU-level sell-in and sell-through data to inform reorders, promotional planning, and shelf optimization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution:

  • Partner with operations and logistics teams to ensure flawless execution from PO to delivery, including compliance and EDI setup where applicable.
  • Provide clear and timely updates on pipeline status, brand onboarding progress, and retailer responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of brand/retailer communications, terms, sales forecasts, and pricing models.

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, retail channel management, or brand partnerships—preferably in beauty, personal care, or wellness.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. retail dynamics, merchandising, and buyer expectations.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to analyze B2B financials, pricing models, margin structures, and sales forecasts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; confident in leading meetings and building relationships across cultures.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple sales cycles at once.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across internal departments including operations, creative, and finance.
  • Familiarity with Korean beauty and wellness products and/or fluency in Korean is a plus.
