Our sales team is the heartbeat of this mission, but without the right leaders, we’re swinging in the dark—revenue lags, clients slip, and the whole vision takes a hit. I can’t let that happen, and that’s why I’m calling you in.

Your Epic Role

Imagine stepping into Tribe as a Sales Director, working from the comfort and convenience of your own home office. You’ll lead a crew of remote sales warriors, coaching them to close deals that don’t just pad stats but lift brands up. You’ll work directly with me to craft strategies that win—ethical, bold, and built to last—driving revenue while keeping our soul intact. You’ll be my partner in this, rallying your team to hit targets, nail client relationships, and push us toward growth that matters.

Here’s what you’ll own:
• Lead: Inspire and guide your sales team to smash goals without selling out.
• Strategize: Build plans that bring in the dollars and keep our mission front and center.
• Connect: Work with clients and me to make every sale a step toward something bigger.
• Grow: Drive revenue that fuels Tribe’s fight for wellness brands everywhere.

You’re the one who feels this in your bones. You’ve got 5+ years in sales, with a couple years leading remote sales teams—closing deals is your art, and coaching is your superpower. You’re a pro at building trust—clients love you, teams follow you. You’ve hit numbers that make jaws drop, but you’re not just about the grind—you care about why you’re selling. Maybe wellness is your thing—fitness, health, living better—or maybe you just crave a fight worth winning.

The Deal
