The Accounting Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the finance team by ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting at Unilabs. This position involves examining financial data, preparing reports, and partnering with various departments to provide insights into financial trends and performance.
• Receipt and registration of supplier invoices, differentiating between Opex and Capex. Depreciations, representation expenses, review of payment proposals, and general accounting.
• Review of monthly issued invoices.
• Control and review of petty cash at each center.
• Monthly closing income provisions.
• Reconciliation of supplier and customer accounts.
• Quarterly balance confirmations and technical solvency for tenders.
• Collaboration in drafting financial statements and preparing accounting books.
• Submission of quarterly taxes 111, 115, 123, 200, 303, and annual summaries.
• Annual local accounting closures in collaboration with the tax advisor and management.
• Assistance in preparing partner reports for Ordinary General Meetings in collaboration with management.
• Digital archiving.
• Assist in preparing reports.
