Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Care Palliative Care Registered Nurse (RN).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic or virtual support to patients and families, addressing their needs related to serious illness or end-of-life care
• Assess and manage symptoms to ensure patient comfort and quality of life
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and update individualized care plans

Required Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education; BSN preferred
• RN state license and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in Texas
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• 3-5 years nursing experience, including at least one year in oncology preferred
• Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse (CHPN) or Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred
