Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall vision and strategy for the client experience across the client lifecycle
• Lead and align multiple teams to ensure a unified client-first strategy and oversee client onboarding and support operations
• Drive metrics-based performance management focusing on client satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Client Success or related functions, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven industries
• Demonstrated success in reducing churn and increasing net revenue retention (NRR)
• Proven track record of leading large, multi-disciplinary client-facing teams
• Proficiency with client success and automation platforms, leveraging data to drive efficiency
• A structured, data-driven mindset with the ability to execute at scale
