Located in the lively Raleigh-Durham area, this role offers you a unique opportunity to dive into the heart of customer service operations while supporting our dynamic Customer Service Organization. Here, you will not only enhance your skills but also engage directly with customer interactions, helping to improve overall experiences. You’ll be tasked with a variety of projects, from conducting customer calls for Regulatory Compliance to managing order flow using state-of-the-art tools like Salesforce and SAP. This full-time Co-Op position runs from January/February to August 2025 and requires your presence onsite at least three days a week—perfect for those who enjoy a collaborative environment! As a valued intern, you’ll be responsible for completing administrative tasks, preparing reports, and supporting various department objectives. In this role, you’ll gain firsthand insight into financial and regulatory compliance while developing your professional capabilities. Ideal candidates will possess a High School Diploma/GED and be actively enrolled in an academic program.
