Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of TraviYo's IT solutions to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT and services industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions and services, with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  2. Cold Calling:

    • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services.
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition and overcome objections.

  3. B2B Data Extraction (Lead Generation):

    • Identify and extract relevant B2B data for lead generation.
    • Utilize various tools and platforms to gather and verify contact information.
    • Maintain an organized and updated database of leads.

  4. Fixed Number of Demo Schedules Every Day:

    • Schedule a predetermined number of product demos each day.
    • Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure availability and preparedness.
    • Manage and optimize the demo scheduling process to maximize efficiency.

  5. Demo Schedule Engagement and Positive Follow-Up:

    • Engage potential clients during scheduled demos, addressing their needs and questions.

  6. Demo Done Feedback:

    • Collect and analyze feedback of completed demos.
