HitPay is backed by Global Founders Capital, Y Combinator, HOF Capital, and angel investors. We're expanding rapidly and are looking for a talented Sales Account Manager to join us.

About The Role

As a Sales Account Manager, you'll identify and connect with fast-growing businesses in the region, and help them use HitPay's payment solutions to grow. Our innovative payment products are unlike anything else on the market — with unique features like one-day setup, flexible terms of use, and low-cost pricing. We're constantly developing exciting new features to establish HitPay as a market leader in digital payments.

Relationship-building is at the heart of this role, as you win new leads and delight existing clients with customer service and account management. You'll also shape our product strategy by sharing client insights with our Product and Engineering teams.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 - 3 years experience as a salesperson, account manager, or consultant, preferably in the FinTech industry

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills

  • Strong interest in FinTech, and in acquiring deep knowledge about technical products

  • An analytical and strategic mind, with a deep interest in shaping our product strategy and sales process

  • Can work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working environment

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the entire sales cycle from outreach to closing deals with high-growth SMEs

  • Manage an account list of potential clients, and develop strategies to nurture opportunities with each account

  • Build relationships and become a trusted payments advisor to key stakeholders across all company levels

  • Identify areas for improvement in each client's business process, and communicate solutions based on HitPay's products, customer success stories, and value proposition

  • Provide customer service to ensure each client's success in using HitPay's products

  • Lead sales initiatives including product workshops and improving the sales process

  • Discuss customer insights and feedback with the Product and Engineering teams, in order to drive HitPay's product strategy and innovation

  • Manage post-sale accounts including customer engagement, product usage, account activity, referrals, and payments performance
